Job Description:

The Membership Coordinator is responsible for managing and validating membership data, reviewing updates from GPO reports, and supporting accurate record maintenance and migration analysis. Requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and CRM tools.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform weekly reviews of Add/Change/Delete reports put out by GPOs
  • Pull membership information from SAP to match facilities on these reports to the client's accounts
  • Filter through large amounts of data on A/C/D reports to highlight important membership changes that should be raised to the membership coordinator for further review and migration analysis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • Intermediate Excel skills required (VLOOKUP, Sorting, Filtering, Data Manipulation)
  • High attention to detail
  • Hands-on experience with SFDC or other CRM software
  • Highly analytical thinker
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • The ability to change focus quickly to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Looking for a team player with a high level of dedication
  • Must be highly adaptable
