We are seeking a Membership Administrator to support member services, maintain membership records, and assist with renewals, communications, and program coordination. The Membership Admin is responsible for ensuring accurate member data, processing new memberships and renewals, and responding to member inquiries. The role requires strong organizational skills, customer service, and database management experience.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain and update membership databases
Process applications, renewals, and cancellations
Respond to member questions and service requests
Support membership campaigns and outreach efforts
Prepare reports on membership activity and trends
Assist with events, mailings, and member communications
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
bachelor’s degree preferred
1+ years of membership, administrative, or customer service experience
Experience with CRM or membership database systems preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
