Job Description

As a Member Success & Sales Associate, you'll be one of the first faces families see when they walk through our doors. You'll help create an exceptional member experience, support families throughout their KidStrong journey, and connect prospective families with our program. This is a fast-paced, highly interactive role that combines customer service, relationship-building, sales, and community engagement.

Job Responsibility

  • Welcome and support families in-center
  • Answer phones, texts, emails, and social media inquiries
  • Schedule trial classes
  • Follow up with prospective families and guide them through enrollment
  • Assist members with scheduling, account changes, billing questions, holds, and cancellations
  • Build relationships with families and create an outstanding member experience
  • Utilize CRM and scheduling software to document communication and manage leads
  • Make outbound calls and follow-ups to prospective families
  • Support center events, community outreach, and social media engagement
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming center environment

Requirements

  • Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable speaking with families in person and on the phone
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team
  • Sales, hospitality, retail, fitness, or customer service experience preferred
  • Experience working with children and families is a plus
