We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Member Services team in Vandalia, Ohio. This contract-to-permanent position involves providing exceptional customer service, managing member-related tasks, and ensuring accurate data processing. Job Responsibility

  • Input and update member information accurately in the portal, ensuring confirmation of successful submissions
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and representatives to address inquiries and resolve issues
  • Process enrollments and maintain eligibility records with precision
  • Generate and analyze reports to support operational needs
  • Handle scanning and indexing of important documents for efficient recordkeeping
  • Distribute incoming mail and manage correspondence in a timely manner
  • Answer inbound calls to assist members with inquiries and provide solutions
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups as needed
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting purposes
  • Respond to emails professionally and promptly to ensure effective communication

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in a member services environment
  • Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for email correspondence and phone interactions
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities
  • Experience in scheduling appointments and maintaining organized records
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team setting
