Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is required
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, including Salesforce, to manage and document information
  • Strong typing skills and the ability to navigate systems quickly and accurately
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
