Job Responsibility:
Respond to inbound calls from members and provide clear and accurate information regarding their inquiries
Address member concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive experience
Manage patient intake processes efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Utilize computer systems, including Salesforce, to document interactions and track member information
Handle both inbound and outbound calls to resolve issues and assist members effectively
Demonstrate proficiency in navigating a fast-paced call center environment
Collaborate with team members to meet service-level agreements and organizational goals
Provide support to veterans and ensure their specific needs are met with care
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures during member interactions
Continuously improve processes to enhance the overall member experience
Requirements:
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is required
Proficiency in using computer systems, including Salesforce, to manage and document information
Strong typing skills and the ability to navigate systems quickly and accurately
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
Nice to have:
Experience with patient intake processes is highly desirable
Familiarity with serving veterans and understanding their unique needs is an advantage
