We are looking for a service-minded Member Services Representative to join a healthcare-related organization in Saint Louis, Missouri on a Contract basis. The person in this role will help maintain accurate membership information, support engagement efforts, and provide day-to-day assistance that keeps member services operations running efficiently.
Job Responsibility
Manage incoming membership forms, payment details, and account changes with a high level of accuracy and timeliness
Reach out to members regarding renewals and continued participation, helping strengthen engagement across each stage of the member experience
Support onsite and organizational events by assisting with member-facing activities, including coverage at service booths during major annual gatherings
Prepare and organize administrative materials such as information packets, certificates, and related documents for internal and external use
Welcome visitors and respond to member inquiries with professionalism, clarity, and a strong customer service focus
Maintain orderly records and ensure membership data is updated consistently across systems and files
Assist the broader team with operational tasks that improve workflow and support daily member services functions.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, member support, call center operations, or a similar fast-paced service environment
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn internal systems and handle routine data entry efficiently
Accurate typing skills and attention to detail when processing records, payments, and membership information
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with members, visitors, and internal team members
Comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with high-volume service interactions
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting
