Job Responsibility:
Process member data with precision, ensuring speed and accuracy in all entries
Handle frequent interruptions while maintaining focus and professionalism
Respond to member inquiries via email and other communication platforms
Organize and manage files to support efficient documentation processes
Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of customer service
Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to complete administrative tasks effectively
Perform copying and filing duties to support operational needs
Ensure adherence to company procedures and service standards
Monitor and manage daily workflows to meet deadlines
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while addressing member concerns
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for administrative and data management tasks
Strong data entry skills with alpha numeric typing speeds of 6,000-8,000 keystrokes per hour
Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on clear communication and problem solving
Familiarity with general office tasks, including copying, filing, and email correspondence
Ability to adapt to interruptions and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in all work
Nice to have:
Previous experience in a fast-paced setting is preferred
Basic knowledge of health insurance or related industries is a plus
