Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Member Services Representative to join our team in Nottingham, Maryland. In this long-term contract position, you will play a crucial role in supporting credit union members by addressing their inquiries and providing outstanding customer service. Job Responsibility:

Respond to inbound calls from credit union members, addressing questions and resolving issues efficiently
Provide accurate information about account details, transactions, and services
Deliver exceptional customer service by listening to member concerns and offering effective solutions
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during all interactions
Utilize computer systems to access and update member information promptly
Process routine account transactions and assist with troubleshooting account-related issues
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Stay informed about credit union policies, products, and services to better assist members
Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call handling, resolution time, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Previous experience in a fast-paced call center environment
Strong computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently
Excellent typing skills with accuracy and speed
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service over the phone
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a high-volume setting
Dependable and eager to learn new skills in an environment that values attention to detail
