Member Services Representative

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls, providing prompt and courteous assistance to members
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and timely follow-up
• Accurately process transactions, including payments and account updates, while adhering to cash handling procedures
• Utilize computer systems to input data, track customer interactions, and manage account information
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and services to provide accurate information to members
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and support
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction ratings
• Stay updated on new products, services, and system changes to better assist customers

• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
• Strong typing skills with attention to accuracy and speed
• Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is required
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on providing effective solutions
• High school diploma or equivalent is required

Familiarity with cash handling procedures is a plus
