Member Services Representative

• Accurately process membership applications, payments, and updates to member records
• Reach out to members for renewals and engagement throughout their membership journey
• Provide support during events, including staffing the member services booth at the Annual Session
• Assemble informational packets, certificates, and other materials for members
• Offer administrative assistance such as greeting visitors and handling inquiries
• Ensure timely and effective communication with members via phone and email
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and workflows
• Address member concerns with professionalism and problem-solving skills
• Stay informed about membership benefits and program updates to provide accurate information

• Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a fast-paced call center environment
• Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with standard office software
• Excellent typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting

Prior experience in membership services or administrative support is a plus
