Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service, member services, or a similar administrative support role
  • Strong data entry skills with the ability to type approximately 6,000 to 8,000 alpha keystrokes per hour
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and email, with careful attention to detail
  • Basic office administration skills, including filing, copying, and document handling
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
  • Consistent focus on both speed and accuracy when completing assigned tasks
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities throughout the workday
