Job Description:

Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual ready to join a dynamic team? We are seeking a Member Services Officer to assist in delivering outstanding service to our valued members! This role would be the perfect fit for an entry level candidate.

Job Responsibility:

Process all insurance claims, including sickness and life insurance claims.
Handle general inquiries from customers via phone, email, or letter.
Provide information about our organisation's products.
Work collaboratively with a small, friendly team to meet our members' needs.

Requirements:

Knowledge or experience in the insurance industry is a plus!
Strong communication and time management skills.
Computer literacy is essential.
A self-starter who can meet or exceed deadlines.
High integrity and the ability to work autonomously.
Creative problem-solver with keen attention to detail.
Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
