Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • Previous experience within customer service, membership services, administration, or a similar office-based role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and internal database systems
  • A proactive and positive attitude with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
