The Member Services role sits within IBA and is focused on coordinating retail promotions, catalogue activity, and member communications across the SA/NT network. You’ll work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of promotional programs, while managing timelines, artwork briefs, and administration. It’s a great opportunity for someone looking to build their career within a large organisation, gaining exposure across commercial, marketing, and operations. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in the Gepps Cross office, offering a hybrid setup with 1-2 days working from home.
Job Responsibility
Development and construction of retail promotions and programs for IBA retail brands
Support with the development and execution of Thirsty Camel State Catalogue, POS & Marketing activity in conjunction with the wider IBA State & National teams
Coordinate IBA Member and Committee meetings as required
Meeting the promotional and print deadlines and ensuring accurate information is produced within the agreed timelines
Engage with supplier partners to ensure timely submission of relevant information pertaining to the IBA programs
Manage the timely delivery and communication of retail programs through to the State Operations team and our retail members
Management and upkeep of all documents relevant to the IBA Retail Promotions
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative/client facing role essential
Ability to work well in a team environment as well as autonomously
Excellent communication skills
Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint programs
High level of attention to detail
