Job Description

We are looking for a Member Services Coordinator/Administrative assistant to support member-facing operations and deliver responsive, detail-oriented service from our Franklin, Massachusetts office. This position focuses on keeping records accurate, communicating program and group information clearly, and helping members navigate day-to-day requests. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage data and documentation with care.

Job Responsibility

  • Guide new members through the onboarding process, helping them get established quickly and accurately within the organization
  • Update and organize website materials, member-facing documents, and communications received from internal teams and outside partners
  • Maintain member records in company systems, ensuring information remains current, complete, and reliable
  • Support product database upkeep by reviewing model details and placing items in the correct status and category classifications
  • Respond to member inquiries and assist with service-related issues, including requests tied to backorder cancellations
  • Enter and compile promotional reporting data to support review of campaigns, trends, and operational performance
  • Help coordinate and participate in member meetings, events, and shows by preparing materials and supporting logistics
  • Provide administrative assistance across the team and handle general office tasks as business needs require

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related coordinator role
  • Proficiency in data entry and document management with strong attention to accuracy and detail
  • Ability to deliver attentive, solution-oriented customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting recordkeeping, reporting, or database maintenance activities
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Comfortable assisting with meetings, event preparation, and cross-functional team support

Nice to have

Familiarity with tools such as Epicor, Zendesk, or similar business systems is preferred
