Job Responsibility:
Provide prompt, courteous, and solution-oriented support to our customers, skillfully managing inquiries and resolving concerns
Accurately process payments, returns, and part orders, and offer technical troubleshooting assistance as needed
Educate customers about extended warranty and maintenance services, proactively recommending and upselling offerings to meet their needs
Collaborate with team members to foster clear communication and deliver a superior customer experience across every touchpoint
Utilize call center technology to efficiently manage customer interactions and track key activities
Maintain thorough and accurate records of all customer communications and transactions
Participate in ongoing training sessions to expand your product knowledge and enhance service skills
Support remote customers, providing guidance and troubleshooting to resolve technical challenges
Uphold company policies with a high level of attention to detail and professionalism
Consistently strive to exceed customer expectations and contribute to overall team success
Requirements:
Experience in a call center or customer service environment is highly advantageous
Proficiency with Epic systems or related software platforms is strongly preferred
Demonstrated success in upselling products and services to clients
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building positive relationships
Proven capability in processing payments, managing returns, and resolving technical issues
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Willingness to comply with pre-employment requirements and ability to begin employment pending necessary clearances
Open to completing a comprehensive three-week training program to ensure preparedness and success in the role
