As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for impeccable operations in the center. In this role, you will ensure our centers are always clean, well maintained, and that all families who attend our programs receive world-class customer service. This role has an eye for the details and is relentless when it comes to getting things done. The Sales Associate is a support function for the center. In this role, you will assist in membership initiation and retention, act as an escalation point for client concerns, proactively manage attrition performance of members, and support the culture of team members. This is not the typical 9a-5p job -- successful Sales Associates will be in the center and available to families when they are available -- mornings, evenings, and weekends. The Ops Associate will spend the majority of their time in the center but will also spend time working with the Leadership Team on strategies to maximize center performance.
Job Responsibility:
Daily completion of administrative tasks including but not limited to: membership management, customer service inquiries, and membership and retail billing
Ensure membership and scheduling systems are accurately maintained in order to provide a great customer experience
Build and maintain relationships with KidStrong families to align with our core values (Families do not leave KidStrong)
Work closely with the general manager on the seamless process for observations, trials, and enrollments
Assist in the execution of community events as necessary
Lower member attrition through proactive customer service to meet or exceed company standards
Manage center-level stock of inventory and supplies
Attend team meetings as required and support center-level initiatives i.e. center maintenance, training, brand consistency, etc.
In-center time each week will include 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with specific hours based on the needs of the center
Weekly meeting with leadership to assess and drive the overall portfolio performance
Requirements:
Prior customer service experience in health and fitness, retail, or hospitality industries
Practical work experience with Google and Microsoft platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Entrepreneurial spirit with an open, participative leadership style and drive for excellence
Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor
Must be customer service-oriented and solution-oriented in all communications and interactions
