Job Description:

Assist members and guests of The Ritz-Carlton Club Vail in delivering exceptional pre-arrival and departure experiences, processing billing, responding to special requests, and creating memorable activities to ensure guest satisfaction. Join the award-winning Ritz-Carlton team to support luxury hospitality services and the company’s 'Gold Standards'.

Job Responsibility:

Assist members and guests with the pre-arrival process, arrival/check-in, member activities/experiences, problem resolution, and member departure/check-out
perform administrative duties
handle Front Office duties, including check-in/check-out, prepare arrival packets and departure folios, perform audit checklists, and process billing
respond to special requests from members/guests
provide visitor information, activity support, and arrange services
perform Lobby Ambassador tasks
assist with Bell/valet services
follow safety procedures, log daily memos, and report incidents
adhere to company policies and maintain professional appearance
develop and maintain positive working relationships

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
no supervisory experience
none specified for license or certification
