Job Description:

As a Member Experience Associate at Industrious, you will be the heart of the member experience, truly aiming to create great days for all who enter your office. Industrious helps companies of all sizes find their office home so that they can do their best work. Our team is rewriting the book on productivity by creating a new workplace experience.

Job Responsibility:

You are the first face people see while you’re preparing the office for the day
You’re proactive and take ownership over managing inventory and ordering your location’s supplies
You build magnificent events (on average 4 per month)
You add new members into multiple systems (CRM, GSuite, badge access system, phone systems, etc.)
You assist a member with IT or wifi issues
You dip your toe in local marketing events
You take a walk in-tour while your Member Experience Manager is assisting another potential member

Requirements:

No member request is too big or too small for you to handle
You’re energized by meeting people and work well in a team
You can create order out of chaos and are always planning ahead
You’re resilient
You’re willing to get your hands dirty
You always look to improve and make things more efficient
