We are looking for a Member Engagement Specialist to support a busy member services team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This Contract to permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, managing detailed records, and handling a high volume of transactions with accuracy. In this role, you will guide applicants through membership processes, maintain key information across internal systems, and deliver responsive service to members, offices, and affiliate partners.
Job Responsibility
Review membership and office submissions, verify supporting documentation, enter records accurately, and collect applicable dues and fees
Conduct onboarding presentations for new applicants, explaining membership qualifications, expectations, and available benefits in a clear and thorough manner
Manage a high daily workload of membership-related transactions, including new enrollments, office updates, transfers, reinstatements, and account changes
Update and maintain member, office, and access key records in Rapattoni and SentriLock to ensure information remains current and accurate
Support billing activities by posting payments, coordinating refund activity, and assisting with lockbox purchase and buy-back processing in partnership with accounting
Audit completed transactions from the prior business day, scan documentation into the paperless filing system, and help maintain complete digital records
Communicate with members, affiliate applicants, and external associations regarding multi-area memberships, incomplete requirements, and account status updates
Register participants for events and education programs, process related payments, and prepare welcome or informational materials for distribution
Verify Nevada real estate license information through the appropriate state resource and update internal membership records accordingly
Respond promptly to incoming calls and follow-up inquiries while providing courteous service and additional support as assigned by leadership
Requirements
Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced administrative or member support environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with members and the public
Accurate alphanumeric data entry skills and careful attention to detail when handling records and payments
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to organize multiple tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain productivity with minimal supervision
Comfortable processing a high volume of daily transactions while preserving quality and accuracy
Detail-oriented, dependable approach with strong time management and coordination skills

Experience working with membership databases or similar recordkeeping systems is preferred
