Job Responsibility:
Support the implementation and optimization of AI-enabled tools and workflows within Member Care operations
Analyze member contact data to identify trends, friction points, and opportunities for automation or process improvement
Assist in testing, documenting, and scaling AI-driven capabilities such as self-service and agent assist tools
Partner cross-functionally with Member Care, Product, Technology, Analytics, and Member Insights on AI enablement initiatives
Prepare insights and recommendations for stakeholders, clearly communicating findings to non-technical audiences
Requirements:
Currently enrolled full-time as a student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree and graduating anytime between Spring 2026 - Spring 2027
Prior work or academic experience in Operations, Analytics, Technology, Customer Experience, or Process Improvement
Indefatigability with continuous improvement mindset and proven ability and willingness to learn new applications, tools, and techniques
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with statistics and analytics tool (i.e. Excel, Google Sheets)
Strong interest in AI, automation, and improving customer support experiences through technology
