As a CLEAR intern, you’ll tackle real-world challenges with talented teams shaping the future of trusted identity. Join us for a 10-week paid internship this summer that offers personal and professional development.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the implementation and optimization of AI-enabled tools and workflows within Member Care operations
  • Analyze member contact data to identify trends, friction points, and opportunities for automation or process improvement
  • Assist in testing, documenting, and scaling AI-driven capabilities such as self-service and agent assist tools
  • Partner cross-functionally with Member Care, Product, Technology, Analytics, and Member Insights on AI enablement initiatives
  • Prepare insights and recommendations for stakeholders, clearly communicating findings to non-technical audiences

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled full-time as a student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree and graduating anytime between Spring 2026 - Spring 2027
  • Prior work or academic experience in Operations, Analytics, Technology, Customer Experience, or Process Improvement
  • Indefatigability with continuous improvement mindset and proven ability and willingness to learn new applications, tools, and techniques
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with statistics and analytics tool (i.e. Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Strong interest in AI, automation, and improving customer support experiences through technology
