Mehnaty Graduate Analyst is an Emirati Program for 12 months designed to develop and nurture UAE national talent, preparing fresh Emirati university graduates for future roles in banking. The program equips candidates with knowledge and training needed to play a valuable role on the team and establish a long-term career at Citi.

Requirements:

  • Graduated between 2022 – 2025
  • obtained or on course to achieve a 2:1 as per UK education system or GPA 3 or equivalent and above
  • keen interest in a career in financial services
  • excellent interpersonal skills to deal internally and externally with clients
  • strong analytical and presentation skills
  • desire to develop a deep understanding of the financial industry
  • intellectual curiosity and proactive approach to searching for new and creative ideas
  • articulate, strong communication, planning, and organisational skills
  • strong desire to learn
  • proactive in building rapport and relationships in team environments
