Job Description:

Mehnaty Graduate Analyst is an Emirati Program for a duration of 12 months designed to develop and nurture UAE national talent, preparing fresh Emirati university graduates for future roles in banking.

Job Responsibility:

Showcase skills in some of the credit operational areas
Work within the Wealth Business that consists of Credit Cards and Security-Based Lending Underwriting, Collections, Data and Analytics

Requirements:

Have already graduated between 2022 – 2025
Obtained or on course to achieve a 2:1 as per UK education system or GPA 3 or equivalent and above
Keen interest in a career in financial services
Excellent interpersonal skills to deal internally and externally with clients
Strong analytical and Presentation skills
Desire to develop a deep understanding of the financial industry
Intellectual curiosity and proactive approach to searching for new and creative ideas
Articulate, strong communication, planning, and organisational skills
Strong desire to learn
Proactive
Building rapport and relationships in team environments
