Mehnaty Graduate Analyst is an Emirati Program for a duration of 12 months designed to develop and nurture UAE national talent, preparing fresh Emirati university graduates for future roles in banking.

Job Responsibility:

  • Showcase skills in some of the credit operational areas
  • Work within the Wealth Business that consists of Credit Cards and Security-Based Lending Underwriting, Collections, Data and Analytics

Requirements:

  • Have already graduated between 2022 – 2025
  • Obtained or on course to achieve a 2:1 as per UK education system or GPA 3 or equivalent and above
  • Keen interest in a career in financial services
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to deal internally and externally with clients
  • Strong analytical and Presentation skills
  • Desire to develop a deep understanding of the financial industry
  • Intellectual curiosity and proactive approach to searching for new and creative ideas
  • Articulate, strong communication, planning, and organisational skills
