We’re recruiting for a Meetings & Events Sales Manager to join a busy and well-established hotel venue in Shepperton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hotel meetings and events sales office experience who can confidently manage bookings from enquiry through to event delivery. Job Responsibility
Managing incoming meetings and events enquiries
Converting enquiries into confirmed bookings
Planning events from start to finish, creating function sheets, event plans, and timelines
Supporting clients on event days
Processing invoices, payments, and event administration
Running reports and tracking performance
Requirements
Previous experience in a hotel meetings and events sales role
Strong understanding of the full event journey
Experience using OPERA would be highly desirable
Organised, calm, and confident under pressure
Strong communication and customer service skills
Someone commercially minded who enjoys repeat business and relationship building
