Job Description

Our Meetings & Events teams support companies and private groups in creating exceptional events. You will take part in organizing team‑building sessions, festive evenings and conferences, among others — over 900 events each year. Whether facing the summit of Mont Blanc or standing on a tropical beach, you will turn every event into an unforgettable experience thanks to state‑of‑the‑art facilities and Club Med’s unique atmosphere of celebration and connection.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure the execution of high‑quality services and the smooth overall running of event operations
  • Coordinate and supervise teams involved (Meetings & Events, technical staff, catering, logistics) to guarantee flawless operations
  • Propose creative and innovative solutions to enhance event experiences, within defined budgets and client expectations
  • Drive the financial performance and profitability of seminars and events while achieving targets
  • Collaborate with Resort departments to integrate each event seamlessly into daily Resort activities
  • Build guest loyalty by delivering excellence and ensuring each client enjoys a memorable, harmonious experience.

Requirements

  • Organized, able to plan and manage projects from start to successful completion
  • Responsible, comfortable managing teams and priorities with leadership and precision
  • A communication expert, skilled in creating engaging events that highlight a brand or theme
  • Curious, always attentive to new ideas and trends to optimize the guest experience
  • Required experience: 1 to 3 years
  • Language: English required
  • French, Afrikaans, and Zulu appreciated.
