We are currently looking for a talented Meetings & Events Assistant to contribute to the success of our renowned hotel. As part of The iNUA Collection, you will be part of a team committed to excellence in hospitality and guest satisfaction. This role is being offered on a casual basis. Only candidates with current eligibilty to undertake employment in Ireland will be considered.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in coordinating and executing meetings, conferences, and events hosted at our hotel
Support the M&E team in managing event logistics, including room setup, catering arrangements, and audiovisual equipment
Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills is a must
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
