Requirements

  • Years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, workplace experience, restaurant, multi-space operations, or venue operations
  • Independently planned and executed events managing logistics, vendors, and on-site support
  • Experience coordinating catering, permits, COIs, or other event-related documentation
  • Experience supporting events or operations across multiple locations or sites
  • Proficiency in GSuite (GMail, Google Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Proficiency in Event Programs (Tripleseat, Eventbrite, Cvent, CRM systems, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proficiency in AV/IT Systems (such as those found in conference rooms)
  • Proficiency in Building Apps (Rise, Cove, Illity, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Marketing programs (Canva, etc.)
  • Understanding of requirement to work flexible hours to accommodate events outside standard working hours
  • Authorized to work in the US
