We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Meetings and Special Event Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and event coordination, with a proven ability to lead and collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional event experiences. responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing corporate meetings, conferences, special events. This role involves managing every aspect of the event process—from concept to completion including budgeting, vendor coordination, site logistics, client communication, and on-site event management. Engages with Banquet function planning and BEO with Chefs. Works with various Event management systems. The manager ensures each event aligns with the organization’s goals and delivers a memorable and seamless guest experience. This position primarily handles events of high complexity. Recognizes opportunities to maximize revenue opportunities by up-selling and offering enhancements to create outstanding events.
Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain effective relationships with external vendors, negotiating pricing and service agreements to enhance event quality and generate additional revenue opportunities
Identify and implement upselling strategies during the event planning process to maximize profitability
Monitor and manage departmental expenses to meet or exceed budgetary goals
Ensure seamless execution of events by adhering to established procedures, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and service delivery

Requirements:
Associate degree (2-year) from an accredited institution in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
1–2 years management experience in event planning within the hotel industry
Demonstrated experience working closely with Food & Beverage, Sales, and Marketing teams
