Job Description:

Maximize non-leasing income streams and create a strong, relevant offer for the local customer. Help drive footfall and commercial success through innovative and community-driven initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop a local commercialization plan with the Sales Team
  • Negotiate and manage deals with partners and stakeholders
  • Monitor and optimize additional income and related costs
  • Launch seasonal and short-term commercial activities
  • Implement global partnerships at the local level
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and leasing teams to boost traffic and sales

Requirements:

  • Sales experience (real estate, media, etc.)
  • Proven track record in deal-making and negotiation
  • Strong analytical and financial skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities
