In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the seamless delivery of meetings, conferences, and special events—from elegant weddings to high-profile corporate gatherings. Job Responsibility

  • Prepare, set, and reset meeting and event spaces to 5-star standards, including arranging furniture, staging, décor, and equipment
  • Ensure all rooms are impeccably presented ahead of guest arrival, including cleanliness, lighting, layout accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Assist with the physical setup and breakdown of events — moving tables, chairs, AV equipment, and event materials safely and efficiently
  • Support the delivery of weddings, banquets, conferences, and corporate events from start to finish, ensuring smooth transitions between event phases
  • Respond promptly to last-minute changes or requests, demonstrating flexibility and a can-do attitude
  • Maintain storage areas, equipment rooms, and event inventory in an organised and safe manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with event hosts and guests, ensuring their expectations are exceeded
