Join Our Leeds Recruitment Day – Meeting & Events Coordinators and Receptionists. Rapport is seeking Meeting & Events Coordinators and Receptionists to join our teams in Leeds. Job Responsibility

  • Deliver exceptional service as a Receptionist or Meeting & Events Coordinator
  • Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a welcoming experience
  • Assist with meetings, events, and day-to-day front-of-house operations
  • Handle calls, emails, and guest enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Support event setup, registration, and coordination on site
