Job Description:

We are looking for a freelance Meet & Greeter to welcome guests at our properties in Lisbon and assist our Operations team with various on-the-ground tasks.

Job Responsibility:

Greet and check in guests at our properties
Handle key pickups and drop-offs
Conduct property quality checks
Coordinate with service providers
Deliver items as needed

Requirements:

Fluency in English and Portuguese
Friendly and presentable, ideally with customer service or hospitality experience
Willingness to travel to various locations in Lisbon (own transport required
car/motorbike is a plus)
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
Able to explain appliance and heating usage
Comfortable using tools like Slack and internal systems (training provided)
Able to troubleshoot minor issues with appliances, heating, and hot water
Flexible working hours between 9:00 AM and midnight, every day of the week
Must be registered as self-employed / auto-entrepreneurs to issue monthly invoices
