Job Description

Medium Enterprise Accounts Manager role at Vodafone Egypt is mainly to drive sales growth and expand Vodafone’s market share across assigned regional territories, within Vodafone Business / enterprise accounts while meeting customer excellence standards.Medium Enterprise Accounts Manage is responsible for ensuring that SME/SOHO Account management channel is meeting customer excellence standards while Create a visible step change versus our competition to gain market share.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing a group of accounts to work on achieving Net adds, Voice points, solution and accounts targets
  • Growing revenue by selling Vodafone’s telecom and digital solutions
  • Building strong client relationships with business customers and key stakeholders
  • Identifying new business opportunities and winning new accounts
  • Coordinating with internal teams like Marketing, Activation, IT, and Operations to execute projects smoothly
  • Ensuring customer excellence & handling by resolving issues quickly and improving customer satisfaction/NPS
  • Monitoring performance and reporting on sales progress, account health, and market opportunities
  • Ensuring the quality of Sales
