As a Medior SAP Analytics Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP analytics solutions. You will work closely with clients to translate their business needs into powerful SAP BI/BW solutions that deliver value and actionable insights. In this role, you will be responsible for developing data models, reports, and dashboards within SAP BI/BW, as well as executing ETL processes to structure and process data reliably. You will test and validate systems to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the solutions, and provide training and support to end users. Thanks to your analytical and problem-solving skills, you will contribute as an SAP expert to positive outcomes across modules such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Materials Management (MM). You will be involved in troubleshooting, supporting users, and ensuring data integrity and security so that business processes run optimally and data remains protected. Finally, you stay up to date with the latest developments in SAP Analytics and apply best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in SAP BI/BW implementation and support
  • Strong knowledge of SAP BI/BW architecture, data modeling, and reporting
  • Proficiency in SAP BW, SAP BusinessObjects, and SAP HANA
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluently in English AND French/Dutch
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to have:

  • Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Adaptive Server Enterprise, SAP Advanced Data Migration by Syniti, and SAP Business Data Cloud
  • Knowledge of data visualization and dashboard design principles
  • Familiarity with other SAP modules such as SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA

  • Management of Barclays relationship with DPAs by acting as a point of contact for them and ensuring timely responses to regulatory complaints and investigations, queries, and formal consultations
  • Collaboration with 1LOD Data Privacy SMEs, Legal, and other relevant Compliance teams and risk management functions to facilitate a comprehensive approach to the management of Compliance Risk and other related risks
  • Barclays representation in key Data Privacy industry groups and associations, and use intelligence gained from these to identify areas for improvement and implementation of enhancements to the Data Privacy Framework
