Job Description:

Together with your team, you are responsible for ensuring smooth releases so that our players enjoy the best possible experience while playing Online Soccer Manager. As a QA Tester, you take pride in finding bugs, inconsistencies, and crashes before our users encounter them. You provide clear reporting and support the team in finding solutions that meet our quality standards. Mapping out quality criteria and translating them into structured test plans is second nature to you. We would also love for you to use your experience to help further establish automated testing within our team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensuring smooth releases so that players enjoy the best possible experience while playing Online Soccer Manager
  • Finding bugs, inconsistencies, and crashes before users encounter them
  • Providing clear reporting and supporting the team in finding solutions that meet quality standards
  • Mapping out quality criteria and translating them into structured test plans
  • Helping further establish automated testing within the team

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s level of working and thinking
  • A relevant education in IT/Computer Science
  • Some experience or affinity with executing and analyzing tests
  • At least 2-3 year of relevant work experience
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English
  • You are a true (Scrum) team player
  • The ability to identify and solve problems with accuracy and creativity
  • Experience and/or enthusiasm for setting up automated UI tests

Nice to have:

  • real passion for sports and/or games
  • TMap or ISTQB certification
  • experience with Android Studio, XCode, or Unity3D
  • a good sense of humor and the motivation to work with great people

  • Develop test cases for each type of tests and prioritize testing activities according to the deadlines and projects status
  • Execute all the test cases and report defects, define severity and priority for each defect
  • Keep track of all defects and fixes
  • Synchronize the testing process with the team
  • Handle changes in project
  • Carry out regression testing every time when changes are made to the code
  • Defines the test strategy and plan to make sure the application is consistent to the specification
  • Design test cases for Nonfunctional requirements: compatibility, performance, scalability
  • Identifying and raising bugs for issues found during either testing or production
