3+ years of knowledge in test management and bug tracking tools and processes
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field
Very good knowledge of QA methods and tools, computer competence and testing practices
Knowledge of web-based applications
Experience with performance testing
Good SQL knowledge
Good grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from a testing perspective
Strong communication skills in Romanian and English – both written and verbal
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Responsibility

Analysis and interpretation of business/functional specification, carrying out response activities in terms of test cases identification and test planning
Develop test cases for each type of tests and prioritize testing activities according to the deadlines and projects status
Execute all the test cases and report defects, define severity and priority for each defect
Keep track of all defects and fixes
Synchronize the testing process with the team
Handle changes in project
Carry out regression testing every time when changes are made to the code
Defines the test strategy and plan to make sure the application is consistent to the specification
Design test cases for Nonfunctional requirements: compatibility, performance, scalability
Identifying and raising bugs for issues found during either testing or production
