This organisation is in the middle of a large-scale digital HR modernisation. They’re moving from fragmented tools toward a unified HR ecosystem and need someone who can bring structure, challenge requirements, and guide stakeholders through change. Your biggest challenge: turning complex HR needs into scalable, intuitive solutions while professionalising their HR technology foundation.
Job Responsibility:
Owning and managing the HR IT roadmap
Translating HR needs into scalable technical solutions
Driving digital improvements across all HR processes
Creating user stories, epics, and functional requirements
Coordinating delivery with vendors and internal product/engineering teams
Ensuring compliance with Dutch legislation, privacy, and security standards
Challenging requirements, performing impact analyses and feasibility checks
Supporting data-driven HR through reporting structures and integrations
Helping professionalise and modernise the HR technology landscape
Requirements:
3-5 years’ experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or HR IT consultancy
