Job Description:

Therefore, within People Services Europe, we are looking for a driven Health Expert who isn't afraid of a healthy challenge to expand our Health Advisory team. In this role, you'll make a valuable contribution as a guide, advisor, and coach in the areas of prevention, reintegration, and work (in)capacity for work. You'll also actively collaborate with the team to continuously improve and optimize our services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with all legal obligations and additional quality requirements related to the reintegration process
  • Ensuring optimal collaboration between all parties involved, ensuring a smooth and sustainable reintegration
  • Providing solicited and unsolicited advice to managers regarding absenteeism cases
  • Performing various administrative tasks to ensure a consistent file
  • Actively contributing to the professional development of health advisory services

Requirements:

  • HBO working and thinking level
  • Completed ROV practical training
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in absenteeism case management
  • Current knowledge of social security, such as WVP, Sickness Benefits Act, WIA, Working Conditions Act, etc.
  • Strong affinity with vitality and sustainable employability
  • Experience with VerzuimSignaal is a strong advantage
  • Due to the international nature of ASML, spoken and written English language skills are highly desirable
  • You have a people-oriented, connecting personality
  • You are assertive and able to switch quickly at different levels
  • You are stress-resistant, confident and have a 'can do' mentality
  • You are a hands-on team player with a customer-oriented attitude who is able to work in a fast-changing environment focused on growth
  • You have an affinity with Excel and data analysis
