Job Description:

Are you a Band 5/6 Medicines Management Pharmacy Technician looking for a rewarding locum role at a Private Hospital in London? We have an exciting opportunity for you! Join our client’s team as a Medicines Management Technician and play a key role in enhancing patient safety and optimising medication use in a busy hospital environment.

Job Responsibility:

Provide clinical and operational medicines management support across multiple private hospital sites
Perform accurate medication reconciliation and patient counselling
Support medication supply and ensure compliance with protocols
Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective medication use
Contribute to discharge planning and patient safety initiatives

Requirements:

Accredited Checking Technician (ACT) qualification – essential
Medicines Management experience in a hospital setting – essential
Medicines Management qualification – desirable
Oncology pharmacy experience – desirable
Excellent communication and team-working skills
Flexibility to work across multiple sites

Nice to have:

Medicines Management qualification
Oncology pharmacy experience
