Are you a Band 5/6 Medicines Management Pharmacy Technician looking for a rewarding locum role at a Private Hospital in London? We have an exciting opportunity for you! Join our client’s team as a Medicines Management Technician and play a key role in enhancing patient safety and optimising medication use in a busy hospital environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide clinical and operational medicines management support across multiple private hospital sites
  • Perform accurate medication reconciliation and patient counselling
  • Support medication supply and ensure compliance with protocols
  • Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective medication use
  • Contribute to discharge planning and patient safety initiatives

Requirements:

  • Accredited Checking Technician (ACT) qualification – essential
  • Medicines Management experience in a hospital setting – essential
  • Medicines Management qualification – desirable
  • Oncology pharmacy experience – desirable
  • Excellent communication and team-working skills
  • Flexibility to work across multiple sites
