Job Description:

Join our client’s NHS team as a Medicines Management Pharmacy Technician and play a key role in improving the lives of NHS patients. Carry out medicines reconciliation, support medication supply and safe practice across the ward, liaise with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to optimisation efforts.

Job Responsibility:

carry out medicines reconciliation on hospital wards
support accurate and timely medication supply
liaise with multidisciplinary teams to support patient discharges
ensure patient records and medication documentation are up to date
contribute to medicines optimisation and safe practice across the ward

Requirements:

prior NHS ward-based experience in a similar MMT role
a current and valid pharmacy technician registration with the GPhC
strong organisational and communication skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team
commitment to high-quality patient care and safety
