Job Description:

In this position as a Medical Underwriting Developer, you will act as a key technical contributor to a global project focused on modernizing underwriting philosophies and medical research based frameworks. You will lead the evaluation and translation of complex medical and epidemiological research into defensible underwriting guidelines. The ideal incumbent will be expected to conduct comprehensive literature reviews across life and health risks to ensure product positioning remains current with clinical advances, synthesize intricate evidence into structured, clear technical content for proprietary expert rule based systems. You will partner with global stakeholders and medical subject matter experts to maintain consistency and technical quality in risk frameworks and address technical inquiries regarding medical rationale and assumptions to support automation ready underwriting propositions.
