  • deliver product trainings, workshops and education programs for healthcare professionals, distributors and internal teams
  • manage and develop the assigned portfolio (wound care and infection prevention solutions)
  • maintain a strong field presence through regular visits to hospitals, clinics and key accounts
  • build and nurture long-term relationships with partners and customers
  • identify new business opportunities and contribute to portfolio growth

Requirements

  • education in medical, healthcare or related field
  • minimum 5 years of relevant experience (medical devices / healthcare preferred)
  • experience in clinical or hospital environments is an advantage
  • strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
  • commercial mindset with the ability to connect clinical knowledge and business goals
  • proactive, independent, and result-oriented approach
  • willingness to work across multiple markets and travel within the region
  • fluent English (written and spoken)
  • driving license (Category B)
