Job Responsibility
Support and maintain medical devices, applications, and associated software
Provide technical support for telemedicine and digital health platforms
Troubleshoot and maintain clinical workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
Support Windows Server, virtual machine, and infrastructure environments
Manage deployment and maintenance of medical software applications
Support medical mobile device fleets including iPhones and iPads
Maintain system availability, performance, and operational readiness
Requirements
Experience in the support of medical health systems and devices in a geographically diverse clinical environment
Understanding of secure messaging technologies such as Mirth Connect, Health Level Seven (HL7), Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR), and Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) standards
Experience in monitoring systems in an operational clinical environment, including the ability to diagnose issues and recommend corrective actions to restore or improve clinical health systems
The ability to create and maintain documentation for support processes, troubleshooting, and analysis, including an understanding of the importance of such activities
