Job Description

Our client, a growing healthcare supply organization, is seeking a Medical Supply Supervisor to oversee daily order processing and administrative workflows within a fast‑moving medical supply operation. In this dual player and coach role, you’ll guide a team managing high‑volume equipment and documentation requests while jumping in to resolve escalations and keep production on track.

Job Responsibility

  • supervising a team handling medical supply orders and administrative workflows
  • coordinating daily staffing and workload to meet turnaround expectations
  • managing escalations involving complex orders, documentation issues, or equipment concerns
  • monitoring productivity and quality metrics to ensure compliance with internal and payer standards
  • training and coaching team members while supporting continuous workflow improvements
  • maintaining accurate records and collaborating closely with clinical, billing, logistics, and intake partners

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in medical supply, DME, or related healthcare operations
  • prior experience leading or supervising in a high‑volume administrative or service setting
  • strong organizational and workflow management ability
  • excellent communication and team‑leadership skills
  • high attention to detail with comfort balancing task work and leadership responsibilities
  • the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
