We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our client’s Medical Affairs team as a Senior Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless non-clinical operations for their network of healthcare providers. Job Responsibility:
Facilitate and support applications for provider prescriptive authority with relevant regulatory boards, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately executed, filed, and meticulously maintained
Manage and update critical provider information within specialized database systems
Contribute to and support various departmental projects, driving initiatives forward
Engage in additional departmental activities as assigned, fostering a collaborative environment
Requirements:

Proven ability to maintain focus on intricate details within a rapidly changing and fast-paced setting

Outstanding customer service, verbal, and written communication abilities
