Word processing and audio typing of clinical correspondence and reports
Managing incoming and outgoing mail
Handling telephone calls and responding to general enquiries
Maintaining diaries and scheduling appointments
Organising and attending meetings, including minute taking
Processing and managing information, including statistical data
Filing, scanning, and photocopying documentation
Progress chasing and responding to non-routine queries
