Job Description:

Temporary-to-permanent format (one-month trial via Randstad before direct hiring). Work location: Montreal, Saint-Michel district (close to transportation). Neighborhood: Join a dynamic team in the Saint-Michel sector. Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Salary: Between $25 and $30 per hour (depending on experience).

Job Responsibility:

Greeting patients in person and over the phone
Appointment scheduling and waiting room management
Basic administrative support
Transcription and preparation of surgery files
Liaison with pharmacies and hospitals
Confidential management of results and reports

Requirements:

Mandatory proficiency in Omnimed software
Excellent customer service skills and empathy
Bilingualism (French/English) is a major asset
Ability to work in a startup environment (new structure)
