Job Description:

Seeking an experienced and self-motivating Medical Secretary for a reputable practise committed to providing exceptional eye care, operating both privately and within the public sector. Focus is on delivering the highest quality of service to patients in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Job Responsibility:

Manage appointment scheduling and patient inquiries with professionalism and care
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up to date
Assist in the preparation of reports and correspondence
Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare professionals
Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection regulations
Provide general administrative support to enhance the efficiency of the practise

Requirements:

Proven experience as a medical secretary for a minimum of one year
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical software systems
A proactive and friendly attitude, with a commitment to delivering outstanding patient service
