Job Responsibility

  • Welcoming patients upon arrival and managing check-out
  • Registering patients and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinating clinical diaries and appointments
  • Handling practice inbox and responding to patient inquiries
  • Providing administrative support by drafting clinical correspondence, referral letters, and reports
  • Raising invoices and processing payments
  • Maintaining confidential patient records in line with regulatory standards
  • Communicating effectively with clinicians, external partners, and patients
  • Supporting continuous enhancement of administrative processes

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Front of House or medical secretarial role within a private healthcare setting
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, coupled with a warm yet professional demeanor
  • High attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Confident using digital systems
  • experience with Semble or similar practice management software is a plus
  • Mental health familiarity preferred, but full training will be provided
  • A genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience
