Medical Scribe

• Prepare treatment rooms to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Verify patient visit purpose and record medical history in the EHR
• Perform vital signs and routine preliminary physical tasks
• Effectively communicate patient needs to providers and care team members
• Assist with compression stocking fitting and placement
• Manage patient flow and schedule follow-ups
• Support providers during exams, procedures, and documentation
• Provide prescription info to pharmacies under provider direction
• Administer injections and maintain accurate logs, forms, and patient charts
• Expertly transcribe provider notes and ensure all documentation is finalized in the EHR
• Deliver courteous, professional communication to patients and supervising physicians

• Minimum 2 years of Medical Scribe experience required
• Valid California driver’s license & proof of insurance
• Proven experience as a Medical Assistant, Medical Scribe, or similar role
• High proficiency in EHR and digital platforms
• Strong time-management, organization, and communication skills
• Professional bedside manner and ability to maintain confidentiality
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required

Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
