Lead medical to medical communications in the field. This role considered as field based medical activities with at least 90% of time in customer interaction. The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is responsible for the development of KOL stakeholder strategy, execution of external medical engagement with designated portfolio within Vietnam. The MSL is also responsible for quantifying field medical impact, serve as a conduit and resource for Medical Information and customer insights, providing requested information to HCPs as allowed by Pfizer guidance and sharing customer viewpoints with Pfizer as appropriate. The MSL is responsible for contribution and implement the medical planning through the insights gained in the field. The MSL is responsible for ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance in execution of medical to medical initiatives and stakeholder-centric engagement.
Job Responsibility:
Lead medical to medical communications in the field

Quantify field medical impact
Serve as a conduit and resource for Medical Information and customer insights
Contribute and implement the medical planning through the insights gained in the field
Ensure consistency, quality, and compliance in execution of medical to medical initiatives and stakeholder-centric engagement
Leading relationships with Health Care Professionals
Gaining deep understanding of Health Care Professional needs, sharing expert medical advice, tailoring data, delivering medical to medical activities
Provide objective and scientifically medical information regarding Pfizer's product portfolio and the diseases states treated
Incorporating the use of educational programs, outcome and other tools which identify for improving patient care
Develop, interpret, and localize standards materials and toolkit, KPIs, dashboard, and working mechanism
Collaborate with cross-functions to develop and apply the relevant medical materials for medical-to-medical communication
Contribute to the medical planning for brand/asset team projects and activities
Ensure timely and efficient communication to complete required internal/external process including system administration, maintain good documentation, tracking, payment, material, and drug shipment
Coordinating with Medical Affairs Manager and/or other medical colleagues for medical stakeholder engagement in research and ensure compliance of operational requirements
Capability development, building high performance field medical team, enhancing sharing of best practice and cross-BU/cross-functional collaborations
Ensure capability related to field medical execution, quality of operation and compliance
Solicit and consolidate feedback from external and internal stakeholders in relation to team effectiveness, quantify and communicate the value and effectiveness of field-based medical activities
Requirements:
Medical Degree (preferred) or a degree in the Health Sciences with Vaccine experience is a plus
Degree in advanced sciences or post-graduate courses preferred
Previous experience in clinical affairs, regulatory affairs or field interaction in the pharmaceutical industry preferred
Experiences in new product launch and post-launch product management in the pharmaceutical industry preferred
Good communication skills, both written and verbal (including medical writing and presentation skills) and good at English
Experience in field-based medical role (> 3 years)
